Organizing Your Estate & Riesling-Campari Cocktails

Have you thought about organizing your estate?

Organizing your estate as in, if something were to happen to you today, does your partner know your wishes? Do they know where important papers are? Do you have a plan for your kids and your money? Aye-yi-yi…yes, mamas!

Not to worry because we are going deep this week to chat organizing all those areas that make us feel a little uncomfortable. I’m chatting with author Nine Nights: Your New Little Black Book for Personal Financial Empowerment and professional organizer Laurie Teal. Laurie has a mission to make sure couples and women are organized and prepared with the paperwork they need in case of financial emergency, medical emergency, or, to put it simply, death. She wants you to be able to care for or grieve your loved ones instead of trying to track down medical histories or trust documents. And her book will help you arrange it all step-by-step.

Laurie Teal, owner of Organized Solutions LLC, has spent the past 25 years successfully working with clients in administration, project management, and home/office/financial organization. As a wife and mother, she has deftly managed her family’s financial and organization needs. Through her book Nine Nights, Laurie shares this experience and knowledge to encourage everyone to actively participate in and organize their financial lives

Nine Nights offers a simple, yet creative, strategy, in a series of nine date nights, to help partners confidently step into the role of Co-CFOs of their family’s finances. Nine Nights offers action steps to take before an emergency, before a death in the family, and before further delaying the necessary work to become financially prepared.
